रामो राजाटवीवह्नि रामचन्द्रप्रसादकः । राजरक्तारुणस्नातो राजीवायतलोचनः ॥ १॥	ramo rajatavivahni ramacandraprasadakah । rajaraktarunasnato rajivayatalocanah ॥1॥	Rama, who shines like silver, is like the fire of sacrifice. He is the grace of Lord Rama Chandra. His eyes are red like the lotus flower, and he is immersed in the royal red color.
रैणुकेयो रुद्रशिष्यो रेणुकाच्छेदनो रयी । रणधूतमहासेनो रुद्राणीधर्मपुत्रकः ॥२॥	rainukeyo rudrasisyo renukacchedano rayi । ranadhutamahaseno rudranidharmaputrakah ॥2॥	He is the disciple of Renuka, the destroyer of Rudra. He cuts off the impurities (sins) and protects the wealth. He is the great warrior who has purified his army. He is the son of Rudrani (Renuka) and Dharmaputra (King Harishchandra).
राजत्परशुविच्छिन्नकार्तवीर्यार्जुनद्रुमः । राताखिलरसो रक्तकृतपैतृकतर्पणः ॥ ३॥	rajatparasuvicchinnakartaviryarjunadrumah । ratakhilaraso raktakrtapaitrkatarpanah ॥3॥	He is like the Arjuna tree, shining with the mighty axe of the king. He enjoys all the pleasures and is satisfied with the offering made to his ancestors, who are satisfied with the offering of blood.
रत्नाकरकृतावासो रतीशकृतविस्मयः । रागहीनो रागदूरो रक्षितब्रह्मचर्यकः ॥ ४॥	ratnakarakrtavaso ratisakrtavismayah । ragahino ragaduro raksitabrahmacaryakah ॥4॥	He is adorned with garments of precious gems. He is the creator of love and filled with wonder. He is free from attachment and far from passion. He protects the path of purity.
राज्यमत्तक्षत्त्रबीज भर्जनाग्निप्रतापवान् । राजद्भृगुकुलाम्बोधिचन्द्रमा रञ्जितद्विजः ॥ ५॥	rajyamattaksattrabija bharjanagnipratapavan । rajadbhrgukulambodhicandrama ranjitadvijah ॥5॥	He is the seed of the kingdom, filled with the blazing fire of destruction. He is like the moon shining on the ocean of the Bhrigu dynasty. He delights the wise with his radiant appearance.
रक्तोपवीतो रक्ताक्षो रक्तलिप्तो रणोद्धतः । रणत्कुठारो रविभूदण्डायित महाभुजः ॥ ६॥	raktopavito raktakso raktalipto ranoddhatah । ranatkutharo ravibhudanḍayita mahabhujah ॥6॥	He wears a red sacred thread, has red eyes, and is stained with blood from battles. He is fierce in war and wields the sword, the destroyer of enemies. He has powerful arms that uplift the sun.
रमानाधधनुर्धारी रमापतिकलामयः । रमालयमहावक्षा रमानुजलसन्मुखः ॥ ७॥	ramanadhadhanurdhari ramapatikalamayah । ramalayamahavaksa ramanujalasanmukhah ॥7॥	He carries the bow of Lord Rama and is adorned with the garland of Goddess Lakshmi. His broad chest is the abode of Goddess Lakshmi. His face is bright like a lotus.
रसैकमल्लो रसनाऽविषयोद्दण्ड पौरुषः । रामनामश्रुतिस्रस्तक्षत्रियागर्भसञ्चयः ॥ ८॥	rasaikamallo rasana’visayoddanḍa paurusah । ramanamasrutisrastaksatriyagarbhasancayah ॥8॥	He is skilled in the art of love. His tongue is the weapon that defeats all sensory pleasures. He is born from the womb of the Kshatriya caste, carrying the glory of the name Rama.
रोषानलमयाकारो रेणुकापुनराननः । राधेयचातकाम्भोदो रुद्धचापकलापगः ॥ ९॥	rosanalamayakaro renukapunarananah । radheyacatakambhodo ruddhacapakalapagah ॥9॥	He appears like the fire of anger. He is Renuka’s son born again. He is like a thirsty chataka bird longing for the rain of Radha’s love. He is skilled in the art of shooting arrows.
राजीवचरणद्वन्द्वचिह्नपूतमहेन्द्रकः । रामचन्द्रन्यस्ततेजा राजशब्दार्धनाशनः ॥ १०॥	rajivacaranadvandvacihnaputamahendrakah । ramacandranyastateja rajasabdardhanasanah ॥10॥	His two feet resemble the lotus flower and are worshipped by Indra. Lord Rama Chandra has entrusted him with his radiance. He destroys half of the word “Raja” (king) with his prowess.
राद्धदेवद्विजव्रातो रोहिताश्वाननार्चितः । रोहिताश्वदुराधर्षो रोहिताश्वप्रपावनः ॥ ११॥	raddhadevadvijavrato rohitasvananarcitah । rohitasvaduradharso rohitasvaprapavanah ॥11॥	He is worshipped by the twice-born (Brahmins) and the gods. He is devoted to Radha and has a complexion like a red horse. He is invincible and the purifier of all.
रामनामप्रधानार्धो रत्नाकरगभीरधीः । राजन्मौञ्जीसमाबद्ध सिंहमध्यो रविद्युतिः ॥ १२॥	ramanamapradhanardho ratnakaragabhiradhih । rajanmaunjisamabaddha simhamadhyo ravidyutih ॥12॥	The name “Rama” is the primary essence of his being. He possesses deep knowledge like a vast ocean of precious gems. He is adorned with a sacred thread and shines like the sun between two lions.
रजताद्रिगुरुस्थानो रुद्राणीप्रेमभाजनम् । रुद्रभक्तो रौद्रमूर्ती रुद्राधिकपराक्रमः ॥ १३॥	rajatadrigurusthano rudranipremabhajanam । rudrabhakto raudramurti rudradhikaparakramah ॥13॥	He resides on the silver mountain and is devoted to the worship of Rudrani (Shiva’s consort). He experiences love for Rudrani. He is a devotee of Rudra (Shiva) and possesses the fierce form of Rudra. He excels even Rudra in his valor.
रविताराचिरस्थायी रक्तदेवर्षिभावनः । रम्यो रम्यगुणो रक्तो रातभक्ताखिलेप्सितः ॥ १४॥	ravitaracirasthayi raktadevarsibhavanah । ramyo ramyaguno rakto ratabhaktakhilepsitah ॥14॥	He stands firmly like the rising sun. He is the worshipper of the red gods. He is charming, filled with beautiful qualities, and desired by those devoted to night (Ratri Devi).
रचितस्वर्णसोपानो रन्धिताशयवासनः । रुद्धप्राणादिसञ्चारो राजद्ब्रह्मपदस्थितः ॥ १५॥	racitasvarnasopano randhitasayavasanah । ruddhapranadisancaro rajadbrahmapadasthitah ॥15॥	He constructs golden staircases and destroys the desires of his enemies. He roams through the kingdom and has mastery over his vital breath. He stands in the divine abode of the king (Brahma).
रत्नसूनुमहाधीरो रसासुरशिखामणिः । रक्तसिद्धी रम्यतपा राततीर्थाटनो रसी ॥ १६॥	ratnasunumahadhiro rasasurasikhamanih । raktasiddhi ramyatapa ratatirthatano rasi ॥16॥	He is supremely courageous, the jewel among the demons. He attains perfection through his intense penance. He is charming like the banks of the River Rati (flowing in heaven).
रचितभ्रातृहननो रक्षितभातृको रणी । राजापहृततातेष्टिधेन्वाहर्ता रसाप्रभुः ॥ १७॥	racitabhratrhanano raksitabhatrko rani । rajapahrtatatestidhenvaharta rasaprabhuh ॥17॥	He destroys the enemies of his brothers and protects his own brothers. He snatches away the desires of those who oppose him. He is the lord of sentiments (rasas).
रक्षितब्राह्म्यसाम्राज्यो रौद्राणेयजयध्वजः । राजकीर्तिमयच्छत्रो रोमहर्षणविक्रमः ॥ १८॥	raksitabrahmyasamrajyo raudraneyajayadhvajah । rajakirtimayacchatro romaharsanavikramah ॥18॥	He protects the empire of Brahmins and triumphs under the flag of Rudra (Shiva). He possesses the glory of a king and displays extraordinary valor that causes the hair to stand on end.
राजशौर्यरसाम्भोधिकुम्भसम्भूतिसायकः । रात्रिन्दिवसमाजाग्र त्प्रतापग्रीष्मभास्करः ॥ १९॥	rajasauryarasambhodhikumbhasambhutisayakah । ratrindivasamajagra tpratapagrismabhaskarah ॥19॥	He possesses the valor of a king, surpassing the intensity of the sun. He is like the rising and setting sun, always awake. He shines brilliantly during the scorching heat of summer.
राजबीजोदरक्षोणीपरित्यागी रसात्पतिः । रसाभारहरो रस्यो राजीवजकृतक्षमः ॥ २०॥	rajabijodaraksoniparityagi rasatpatih । rasabharaharo rasyo rajivajakrtaksamah ॥20॥	He is the giver of his kingdom, leaving no trace of ego. He removes the burden of emotions. He is the lord of sentiments (rasas) and possesses the quality of forgiveness like a lotus.
रुद्रमेरुधनुर्भङ्ग कृद्धात्मा रौद्रभूषणः । रामचन्द्रमुखज्योत्स्नामृतक्षालितहृन्मलः ॥ २१॥	rudramerudhanurbhanga krddhatma raudrabhusanah । ramacandramukhajyotsnamrtaksalitahrnmalah ॥21॥	He breaks the bow of Rudra (Shiva) and wears the ornaments of anger. His face shines with the radiance of Lord Rama. His heart is purified by the nectar-like rays.
रामाभिन्नो रुद्रमयो रामरुद्रो भयात्मकः । रामपूजितपादाब्जो रामविद्वेषिकैतवः ॥ २२॥	ramabhinno rudramayo ramarudro bhayatmakah । ramapujitapadabjo ramavidvesikaitavah ॥22॥	He is distinct from Rudra (Shiva) yet possesses his nature. He is terrifying like Rudra. He worships the lotus feet of Lord Rama. He is the destroyer of the hypocrisy of those who dislike Rama.
रामानन्दो रामनामो रामो रामात्मनिर्भिदः । रामप्रियो रामतृप्तो रामगो रामविश्रमः ॥ २३॥	ramanando ramanamo ramo ramatmanirbhidah । ramapriyo ramatrpto ramago ramavisramah ॥23॥	He finds delight in Rama, his name is Rama, and he dissolves in the essence of Rama. He is dear to Rama and satisfies Rama. He is like a cow that serves Rama, and he finds solace in Rama.
रामज्ञानकुठारात्त राजलोकमहातमाः । रामात्ममुक्तिदो रामो रामदो राममङ्गलः ॥ २४॥	ramajnanakutharatta rajalokamahatamah । ramatmamuktido ramo ramado ramamangalah ॥24॥	He is greatly knowledgeable about Rama and rules over the royal realm. He bestows liberation to the soul. He delights in Rama and brings auspiciousness to Rama.
मङ्गलं जामदग्न्याय कार्तवीर्यार्जुनच्छिदे । मङ्गलं परमोदार सदा परशुराम ते ॥ २५॥	mangalam jamadagnyaya kartaviryarjunacchide । mangalam paramodara sada parasurama te ॥25॥	Auspiciousness to Jāmadagnya (Parashurama), the destroyer of Kārtavīrya Arjuna. Auspiciousness to the one who possesses supreme generosity. Always auspiciousness to Paraśurāma.
मङ्गलं राजकालाय दुराधर्षाय मङ्गलं । मङ्गलं महनीयाय जामदग्न्याय मङ्गलम् ॥ २६॥	mangalam rajakalaya duradharsaya mangalam । mangalam mahaniyaya jamadagnyaya mangalam ॥26॥	Auspiciousness to the time of kings, which is formidable. Auspiciousness to the one who is difficult to overcome. Auspiciousness to the one worthy of great respect. Auspiciousness to Jāmadagnya (Parashurama).
जमदग्नि तनूजाय जिताखिलमहीभृते । जाज्वल्यमानायुधाय जामदग्न्याय मङ्गलम् ॥ २७॥	jamadagni tanujaya jitakhilamahibhrte । jajvalyamanayudhaya jamadagnyaya mangalam ॥27॥	Auspiciousness to the son of Jāmadagni (Parashurama), the conqueror of the entire earth. Auspiciousness to the one whose weapon shines brightly. Auspiciousness to Jāmadagnya (Parashurama).
